Overseas Pilgrim Group Registration Guide for DAEJEON DID
1. Registration Information
DAEJEON DID welcomes overseas pilgrim groups who wish to take part in the Days in the Dioceses program in the Diocese of Daejeon.
Eligible groups must consist of at least 10 participants. DAEJEON DID can accommodate a total of 2,000 overseas pilgrims.
DAEJEON DID will take place from Thursday, July 29 to Monday, August 2, 2027, for 5 days and 4 nights.
The pilgrim contribution is USD 100 per person.
2. Registration Schedule
The registration process will take place in three stages.
First Registration
- Registration of group leader information
- Begins on June 1, 2026
Second Registration
- Registration of detailed group information
- Payment of the pilgrim contribution
Third Registration
- Sharing of pilgrim assignment information
3. Registration Principles
Priority will be given to groups that are able to participate in the full schedule provided by DAEJEON DID, including the official program, transportation, and accommodation.
Any arrangements related to stays outside the official DAEJEON DID period, including before or after the event, must be handled independently by each pilgrim group. The pilgrim contribution is non-refundable.
Even if a pilgrim joins the program late or participates only in part of the official DAEJEON DID schedule, the pilgrim contribution will remain the same at USD 100 per person.
